Jr. Plumbing Sales Associate

Full-time
$90,000 - $225,000 a year
This is a high-performance role for proven professionals. At Arnold & Sons, our Service Technicians are the front line of the company — trusted experts who diagnose problems, guide customers with confidence, and deliver solutions at the highest level. This position offers elite earning potential, advanced training, and industry-leading support — but it also demands discipline, integrity, and drive that few possess. This opportunity is designed for experienced professionals only, with 3–4 years of hands-on residential service plumbing experience required.

The Big Task

You will diagnose, repair, and improve residential plumbing systems, while leading customers to confident, informed buying decisions through professionalism, education, and trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams
  • Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and professional company vehicle at all times

If you cannot prove this standard, this role is not for you

  • Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
  • Greet customers professionally and identify needs through active listening and thorough inspection
  • Clearly explain findings, options, and solutions in a way customers understand and trust
  • Memorize and apply the features, advantages, and benefits of all company products and services to consistently present the right solution for each situation
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Maintain or obtain required certifications (company assistance available)
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems; handle all payments with integrity and professionalism
  • Maintain excellent phone and follow-up etiquette when communicating with customers

Experience & Professional Traits That Lead to Success

  • 3–4+ years of residential service plumbing experience (required)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence with a professional, confident demeanor
  • Proven time management, organization, and problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to be coached and continuously improve
  • Leadership potential for future advancement is highly valued
  • Bilingual ability is a plus
